人格特质对中小学生学业成绩影响评述

摘要 学业上的成功对学生将来的发展起着至关重要的作用。智力、先验经验等认知因素是中小学生学业成绩非常重要的预测源,但人格对学业成绩也起着重要作用。尽责性、外倾性、宜人性等人格特质对中小学生学业成绩起着促进作用,而神经质等特质起着阻碍作用。学习动机和情绪体验在人格特质对学业成绩的影响中起着重要作用。人格的发展是稳定性与可变性的统一,因此,在对中小学生的教育中应注重其人格中积极特质的培养,促进他们健全人格的发展,为学业成绩及未来的发展提供保障。
