摘要
研究生物质腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚(CPE-14)与氨基磺酸(NH_2SO_3H)磺化生成腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯类高温匀染剂的合成工艺.探讨反应物质量比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件对转化率的影响,得到较佳的合成工艺:反应物质量比m(CPE-14)∶m(NH_2SO_3H)=8∶1,催化剂w(NH_2CONH_2)=2%(相对于反应物总质量),120℃下反应1.5h.产物对分散染料的高温染色性能测试表明,腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯,对分散染料有良好的分散能力,对涤纶织物的高温染色具有良好的匀染性能和移染性,是制备涤纶高温匀染剂的一种生物质原料.
The synthesis of the biomass sulfonation of cardanol polyoxyethylene(CPE-14) by sulfamic acid (NH2SO3H) to affort cardanol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate as a novel leveling agent was studied. The effects of the mass ratio, amount of catalyst, temperature and time on the reaction were discussed. The optimized reaction condition was shown below: reactant mass ratio m(CPE-14) : m(NH2SOzH)=8 : 1, catalyst w(NH2CONH2):2% (relative to the total mass of reactants), 1.5h under 120℃. The structures of the products were confirmed by infra- red spectrum. The performance of the high temperature dyeing properties of the products to disperse dye shows that the cardanol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate has good dispersibility for disperse dyes under high temperature, good leveling performance and dye migration for high temperature dyeing of polyester fabric. And it is one of the polyester high temperature leveling agent biomass materials.
