The flocculation performance of starch-g-polyacrylamide/MMT composite

摘要 以蒙脱土、淀粉和丙烯酰胺为原料、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备淀粉接枝聚丙烯酰胺/蒙脱土(St-g-PAM/MMT)新型絮凝复合材料.将该复合材料作为絮凝剂,研究其对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝性能,分析影响其絮凝性能的因素.研究发现,St-g-PAM/MMT对高岭土的絮凝率可达83.3%.此外,随着絮凝时间和絮凝剂用量的增加,絮凝率先增大,随后均基本保持不变;随着pH值的增大,絮凝率逐渐减小;随NaCl浓度和絮凝温度的增加,絮凝率逐步增大. With montmorillonite, starch and aerylamide as the raw materials, N, N-methylenebi- saerylamide as the crosslinking agent, starch-g-polyaerylamide/montmorillonite nanocomposite was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization to solve the problem of sewage treatment. The nanoeomposite was used as the flocculating agent, and the floeeulation performance of kaolin suspension by St-g-PAM/MMT was studied. The experimental results demonstrate that the prepared nanocomposite shows excellent flocculation property, and its floeeulation rate is 83.30%. Furthermore, floeculation rate first increases with the increasing of floeculation time and flocculating agent dosage, and then approaches saturation. Floceulation rate of St-g-PAM/ MMT decreases with the increasing of pH values. Moreover, floeeulation rate of the flocculating agent increases with the increasing of NaCl concentrations and floeeulation temperature.
