摘要 以单排三孔空气变形喷嘴为研究对象,利用Pro/e建立空气变形喷嘴内流道的几何模型,通过Fluent软件采用SSTk-ω湍流模型对内流道气流三维模型进行数值模拟研究空气变形喷嘴气流运动特性,以确定单排三孔空气变形喷嘴的结构是否合理.结果表明,喷嘴内流场上下游能够产生足够的压力差和速度梯度,利于纱线丝束形成稳定丝圈,对优化空气变形喷嘴内流道的相关参数具有参考价值. The air texturing nozzle with 3 air-inlet holes uniformly distributed in one circle and one central hole was researched. The geometrical model of the inner channel was built up by Pro/e, and flow field of inner channel was simulated by the SST k-ω turbulent model with Flu- ent software to study airflow movement characteristics in the air texturing nozzle and determine whether this nozzle structure is reasonable. The simulation results show that there is enough pressure difference and velocity gradient in the nozzle channel, which is beneficial to forming stable yarn circles. It can provide references for optimizing the parameters for the Hema-type air texturing nozzle.
