从企业自身角度出发的企业信息化评价模型已不适应供应链管理的要求,为解决这一问题,从信息化发展能力、应用水平和发展质量3方面建立了基于供应链的企业信息化评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法对企业的信息化水平做出总体评价.突破以往企业信息化测评只注重应用水平而忽视发展质量与发展能力的情况,对信息化的推进情况和信息化结构进行深入诊断,使企业清晰地掌握信息化的发展状态,及时调整信息化发展方向.

The internal evaluation model of enterprise informatization has not adapted to the re- quirements of supply chain management. In order to solve this problem, the evaluation index system is established based on supply ehain from information develop ability, application level and develop quality. And an overall evaluation of enterprise informatization level is made by u- sing the fuzzy comprehensive method. It makes progress in that the previous enterprise informa- tization evaluation only pays attention to application level and ignores the development of quali ty and capability. It has a better diagnosis effect of informatization, promotion and informatiza tion structure. It makes the enterprise clearly grasp the state of the development of informatiza- tion, and adjust its direction of informatization timely.
