PCM煤炭破碎机注油装置的改进设计

Improvement Design of the Oiling Device in PCM Coal Crusher

为了改进PCM煤炭破碎机注油系统存在的供油不均匀的缺陷,对PCM煤炭破碎机的集中式压力供油方式及润滑注油系统的工作原理进行了分析,从中找到了供油不均匀的成因。在确认了改进方案设计基本原则的基础上,提出了增设配油块装置,并进行了PCM破碎机配油块的安装、调试与运行对比观测实验。实验结果显示,改进后的PCM破碎机的运行状况与改进前相比有了显著的提高,有效地解决了破碎机的注油难题。

In order to improve PCM coal crusher existing defect of nonuniform oiling system,centralized pressure fuel supply style and the working principle of lubrication system of PCM coal crusher is analyzed,and the factors of nonuniform oiling is found. On the basis of confirming the basic principles of improvement scheme design,puts forward adding the device of oil distribution block. The installation,commissioning and operation of the oil distribution blocks are compared and tested. The results show that compares with the operating condition of unimproved PCM crusher,the improved PCM crusher has a significant improvement,which effectively solves the oiling problem of the crusher.
