摘要 某深井采掘工作面地下热害严重,通过加强通风、提高风速等措施不能有效降温,因此,采用井下集中式降温系统。该系统包括地面部分和地下部分,其中地下部分开凿了制冷硐室,通过冷水循环泵将冷水输送到工作面,同时在掘进面和热害较大的位置增加了局部散热设备。结果表明,这种降温系统效率较高,比其他系统能耗低10%-15%,可为其他矿井降温提供借鉴。 The underground heat damage of a deep well mining working face is severe. The measures such as strengthening ventilation,improving the wind speed can't lower the temperature effectively. So adopts the centralized cooling system in underground. The system includes the ground part and underground part. Digs the refrigeration cavern in underground part,through cold water circulating pump transport cold water to the working face. At the same time increases the local cooling device in drivage face and the position of larger heat damage. The results show that the efficiency of cooling system is higher,the energy consumption is lower by 10% - 15% than other systems,it provides a reference for other mines cooling.
