摘要
巷道交叉位置受采动影响易发生应力集中,造成两帮破碎、底鼓、顶板下沉等现象,对行人和运输造成安全威胁,同时多次返修增加了成本。本文以寺河煤矿二号井九四盘区运输大巷和94222巷交叉巷道为试验对象,在原有锚杆锚索支护的基础上,利用架棚支护对巷道进行二次支护,同时采用注浆锚杆对巷道两侧煤壁进行注浆加固,并对支护效果进行了验证。观测结果显示,巷道变形速率明显减缓并趋于稳定,两帮收缩量控制在50 mm之内,顶底板下沉量在30 mm之内,有效控制了巷道的变形,保障了盘区运输大巷的正常使用。
The stress concentration is easily occurred in roadway crossed position by mining,which causes the two sides broken,heaving floor and roof convergence,and threatens the pedestrian and transport safety. Repeated repair increases the cost. The crossed roadway of No. 94 panel main haulage roadway and 94222 roadway in Sihe coal mine is as the test subject. On the basis of original bolt and anchor cable supporting,utilizes shed supporting for the secondary supporting. While using grouting anchor to reinforce the roadway two sides coal wall,and the supporting effect is verified. The observed results show that the roadway deformation rate significantly slow and stable,the amount of contraction of two sides is within 50 mm,the subsidence amount of roof and floor is within 30 mm. It effectively controls the deformation of roadway,ensures the normal use of panel transportation alley.
