大株红景天注射液联合血液灌流治疗百草枯中毒的临床研究

Clinical study strains Rhodiola injection combined hemoperfusion in treatment of paraquat poisoning

目的探讨大株红景天注射液联合血液灌流治疗百草枯中毒的临床效果,以期提高临床诊治水平。方法选取2011年5月-2013年7月78例百草枯中毒患者为研究对象,按照住院日期单双分成两组,对照组39例,予血液灌流治疗,观察组39例,加用大株红景天注射液治疗,观察治疗后相关指标变化。结果对照组治愈率17.95%、总有效率51.28%,观察组治愈率30.77%、总有效率74.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后PaO_2、IL-6、TNF-α、ALT、AST、CK、CK-MB比较差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）,治疗后组间以上指标比较差异也有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论大株红景天注射液联合血液灌流能提高百草枯中毒患者的临床治疗效果,有效降低患者的炎症反应,对患者的心肝脏器功能保护有效,具有进一步扩大研究范围的价值,以进一步规范大株红景天联合血液灌流在治疗百草枯中毒患者中的临床应用。

Objective To investigate the large strain Rhodiola injection combined hemoperfusion paraquat poisoning clinical results,in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods From May 2011 to July 2013,78 cases of paraquat poisoning patients for the study,according to odd and even hospitalization date were divided into two groups,39 cases in the control group,to hemoperfusion,39 cases of the observation group,plus a large strain Rhodiola injection treatment,related indicators changes after treatment were observed.Results In the efficacy,the cure rate of control group was 17.95%,the total efficiency of 51.28%,while 30.77%cure rate in the observation group,74.36%of the total efficiency,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;PaO_2,IL-6,TNF-α,ALT,AST,CK,CK-MB were statistically significant before and after treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）,the difference between the above indicators after treatment between two groups also had statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Large plants Rhodiola injection combined hemoperfusion paraquat poisoning patients can improve clinical outcomes,reduce patient＇s inflammation of the heart and liver organ function in patients with effective protection,to further expand the scope of the study has value,in order to further standardize large Rhodiola joint strain hemoperfusion in the treatment of paraquat poisoning patients in clinical application.
