急性基底节脑出血IL-4、IL-6、IL-8及IL-10与周围脑组织水肿的相关性分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨急性基底节脑出血患者炎症因子水平与脑组织水肿的相关性。方法选择2014年1月~2015年5月急性脑出血患者96例为研究对象,分别在入院时、发病后24 h、发病后72 h检测患者血清IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平,并行头颅CT检查,观察患者脑水肿情况。分析患者血清炎性因子与脑水肿的相关性。结果患者在入院24 h IL-4、IL-6、IL-8水平最高,72 h时有所下降(P〈0.01);但IL-10在入院后水平持续上升,在72 h时水平最高(P〈0.01)。患者在入院时无水肿,在24 h时水肿量最大,随后有所下降(P〈0.01)。相关性分析IL-4与水肿量呈显著正相关的关系(r=0.319,P〈0.05);IL-6与水肿量呈显著正相关的关系(r=0.282,P〈0.05);IL-8与水肿量呈显著正相关的关系(r=0.302,P〈0.05);IL-10与水肿量呈负相关的关系(r=-0.331,P〈0.05)。结论急性脑出血患者血清IL-4、IL-6、IL-8水平与患者血肿周围脑组织水肿程度呈正相关的关系,而IL-10与其有显著负相关的关系。 Objective To discuss relationship between IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 with brain edema in patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage. Methods A total of 96 cases with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage from Jan 2014 to May 2015 were selected as subjects. IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 levels at admission, 24 h after the onset and 72 h after onset were detected, and CT was taken to observe brain edema. Relationship between IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 with brain edema in patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage was analyzed. Results IL-4, IL-6 and IL-8 levels were the highest at 24 h after the onset, and 72 h was declined(P〈0.01); But IL-10 level was the highest at 72 h after onset(P〈0.01). At admission, all cases were without brain edema, and brain edema was the most serious at 24 h after the onset, and then was declined(P 0.01). Correlation analysis results showed that: IL-4 showed positive correlation with brain edema(r=0.319,P〈0.05); IL-6 showed positive correlation with brain edema(r=0.282, P〈0.05); IL-8 showed positive correlation with brain edema(r=0.302, P〈0.05); IL-10 showed negative correlation with brain edema(r=-0.331,P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum IL-4, IL-6 and IL-8levels in patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage show positive correlation with brain edema, and IL-10 level shows negative correlation with brain edema.
