腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠60例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscopic operation

目的观察腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的效果,以便为其治疗异位妊娠提供依据。方法选取2013年1月~2014年6月我院收治的60例异位妊娠者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用常规开腹手术,实验组采用腹腔镜手术,对比两组的相关情况。结果实验组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后抗生素使用时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组并发症发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而实验组1年内的复发率为6.67%,对照组为10.00%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠效果佳,手术时间短,可减少并发症的发生,利于患者的术后恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, so as to provide the basis for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as research subjects were selected from January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital. According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional open surgery, while the experimental group used laparoscopic surgery, and then compared these two groups.Results The operation time, the amount of bleeding, the time of antibiotics,the recovery of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization length of the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse symptoms in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 30.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;while the recurrence in the first year after operation of the experimental group was 6.67%, and the control group was10.00%, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic operation for ectopic pregnancy is effective with short operation time, and it can also reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms which is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
