摘要
目的定性分析中药高良姜挥发油的主要化学成分,为今后的临床药效研究奠定基础。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,使用GC-MS分析挥发油主要化学成分。结果共分离出115个化学成分,其中36个化学成分匹配度在90%以上,其中主要成分为1,8-桉油精(45.71%)。结论高良姜挥发油主要化学成分为1,8-桉油精;本研究为高良姜挥发油的合理利用提供了参考依据。
Objective To conduct a quantitative analysis on the volatile oil in A Ipinia offwinarum Hance,lay the foundation for clinical pharmaeodynamie study in the future. Methods The volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation,main chemical composition was analyzed by GC-MS. Results Thirty six components were identified from 115 chromatographic peaks from A lpinia officinarum Hance.The maj or compounents of volatile oil was 1,8-Cineole (45.71%). Conclusion The major components of Alpinia officinarum Hanee is 1,8-Cineole;the result of this study offeres certain reference rational utilization of Alpinia officinarum Hanee in essential oils.
