先天性巨结肠(HD)是一种肠神经发育障碍性疾病,系小儿常见疾病之一,临床表现以便秘、腹胀为主,严重者可并发小肠结肠炎,甚至出现中毒性巨结肠,故对患者行早期诊断、及时治疗尤为重要,但目前有关HD的确切病因仍不十分清楚,诊断和治疗方法也存在争议,本文就目前国内外关于HD的发病原因、诊断方法及治疗进展予以综述。
