摘要
目的 探讨注射用鼠神经生长因子联合神经康复治疗对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿脑电生理变化的影响。方法 选取2012年1月-2014年5月本院收治的49例ASD患儿作为研究对象,给予注射用鼠神经生长因子以及经颅磁刺激、经络导平和脑超声波扫描神经康复治疗方法,治疗总时长为4个疗程,治疗结束后,比较治疗前后的脑电图以及脑干听觉诱发电位变化。结果 治疗后的左耳及双耳脑干听觉诱发电位和脑电图异常发生率显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗前后右耳脑干听觉诱发电位异常发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 注射用鼠神经生长因子以及神经康复疗法可显著改善ASD患儿的脑电生理异常情况,促进患儿脑功能障碍及临床症状的恢复。
Objective To explore the influence of mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with neural rehabilitation therapy on the electroencephalography biological change of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods 49 children with ASD in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were selected as the research object, mouse nerve growth factor for injection and neural rehabilitation treatment including transcranial magnetic stimulation,meridian balancing and cerebral ultrasound scanning was given.The total treatment duration was 4 treatment courses.After the end of treatment, the change of children's electroencephalograms (EEG) and brainstem auditory evoked potentials between before and after treatment was compared. Results The abnormal incidence rate of left ear and Binaural brainstem auditory evoked potentials and EEG after treatment was lower than that before treatment, with significant difference (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the abnormal incidence rate of right year brainstem auditory evoked potentials between before and after treatment. Conclusion The application of right yeat brainstem auditory evoked potentials between before and after treatment. Conclusion The application of mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with neural rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the abnormal electroencephalography biological condition of the children with ASD and promote the children's cerebral dysfunction and clinical symptom recovery.
