超声及超声双重造影在阑尾病变诊断中的临床价值

The clinical value of ultrasound and ultrasound double radiography in diagnosis of appendix lesion

目的 探讨超声及超声双重造影对阑尾病变的诊断价值。方法 随机选取我院2014年1月-2015年3月收治的85例阑尾病变患者作为研究对象,对所有患者均进行超声及超声双重造影检查,对比、分析两种检查方法的检查结果。结果 在单纯性阑尾炎诊断中,两种检查方法的检测结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。在化脓性阑尾炎、坏疽性阑尾炎等阑尾病变诊断中,两种检查方法的检查结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 阑尾病变诊断中,超声双重造影检查的准确率更高,适合于临床推广应用。

Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound and ultrasound double radiography for appendix lesion. Methods 85 patients with appendix lesion treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were examined by ultrasound and ultrasound double radiography.The result of two methods were compared and analyzed. Results In the diagnosis of simple appendicitis,the test result of the two methods were compared,and there was no statistical difference （P〉0.05）.In the diagnosis of appendix lesion such as suppurative appendicitis,gangrenous appendicitis and so on,there was a statistical difference between two methods （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the diagnosis of appendix lesion,the accuracy rate of ultrasound double radiography.h is suitable for clinical application.
