穴位埋线配合中药治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of adenomyosis

目的 探讨穴位埋线配合理冲汤、莪棱合剂治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法 选取本院2013年7月-2014年12月门诊的38例子宫腺肌病患者作为研究对象,采用穴位埋线配合中药理冲汤、莪棱合剂治疗。比较治疗前后的痛经程度及盆腔疼痛评分、月经量、相关临床症状评分、血清CA125水平、贫血患者血红蛋白（Hb）的变化。结果 治疗后的痛经和盆腔痛评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗后的临床症状评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗2个疗程后的CA125及Hb水平显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗期间未出现明显副作用。结论 穴位埋线配合中药理冲汤、莪棱合剂治疗子宫腺肌病效果显著,能明显减轻患者的痛经及盆腔疼痛,改善相关临床症状,降低血清CA125水平,改善贫血患者病情,对不孕不育患者的生殖环境产生良性影响,无副作用和不良反应,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Lichong decoction and E-leng mixture in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods 38 patients with adenomyosis from July 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object,and all patients were given the treatment of aeupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） of Lichong decoction and E-leng mixture.The dysmenorrhea degree and change of pain score of pelvic cavity,menstrual blood volume,seore of relevant clinical symptom,serum CA125 level and Hb of patients with anemia was compared before and after treatment. Results The score of dysmenorrhea and pain of pelvic cavity afte treatment was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.01）. The score of clinical symptom afte treatment was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The level of CA125 and Hb after 2 courses of treatment was better than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.During the treatment,there was no obvious adverse effect. Conclusion The effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with TCM Lichong decoetion and E-leng mixture in the treatment of adenomyosis is significant,which can alleviate dysmenorrhea and pelvic pain of the patients,improve relevant clinical symptoms,reduce serum CA125 level and improve the disease condition of patients with anemia,it has good comprehensive curative effect and no adverse effects and adverse reaction,it is safe and reliable.
