浅析我国低碳经济法律规制的完善

Analysis on the Improvement of Legal Regulations of the Low Carbon Economy in China

随着人类社会的发展进步,人们越来越重视对生存环境的保护。对于中国而言,发展低碳经济既符合我国基本国情,也是保障我国经济可持续发展和走向繁荣富强的的必然选择。但促进我国低碳经济发展,必须将法律具有的强制性、规范性与引导性作为健康发展的基本保障。因此,建构和完善促进低碳经济发展的法律规制,能够为我国发展低碳经济提供导向与支撑。

With the development and progress of human society,people pay more and more attention to the protection of environment. For China,developing low- carbon economy not only conforms to China＇s basic national conditions,but also the inevitable choice to ensure the sustainable development of economy and achieve the prosperity in our country. But to promote the development of low carbon economy in our country,the coerciveness,standardization and instruction that the law has must be considered as the basic guarantee for the healthy development. Therefore,it can provide the guidance and support to develop low carbon economy in China to construct,perfect and promote the legal regulations of the development of low- carbon economy.
