摘要
大学课堂教学同质化问题突出,深刻影响大学课堂教学有效性。本文认为同质化视角下大学课堂有效性缺失主要表现在重理论轻实践、重教轻学、重结果轻质量等三个方面,而教学观念、教学价值目标、教学管理制度是影响大学课堂教学有效性的重要因素。因此,本文提出打破传统教学观念,树立开放性大学课堂教学理念、明确课堂教学价值目标,深入践行社会主义核心价值观、创新课堂教学管理制度,创建大学课堂教学管理新体系的策略,旨在提升大学课堂教学有效性,助力实现大学人才培养目标。
The homogenization of university classroom teaching has a profound influence on the effectiveness of college classroom teaching. The thesis argues that the lack of classroom effectiveness of the University in the perspective of homogeneity is mainly reflected in three aspects: the emphasis on the theory,but neglecting practice,the emphasis on the teaching but neglecting learning,and emphasis the results but neglecting quality. The concept of teaching,teaching value,and teaching management system are the important factors that influence the effectiveness of classroom teaching in universities. The thesis puts forward that we should break the traditional teaching ideas,set up the concept of open university classroom teaching,clear the value of classroom teaching,practice the socialist core values,innovate classroom teaching management system,and create a new teaching management system of university classroom teaching strategy.
