National Culture of Anti-Japanese War Inscriptions and Application of Their Historical Data——An Analysis on Three Anti-Japanese War Monuments in Shanglin County

抗战纪念碑具有传统石刻的作用,同时也自身时代的含义。文章通过对上林县抗战碑刻背景及其内容的析读,分析抗战碑刻蕴含的内涵,从中窥探战时人民心态、价值取向和国家关怀,并从中挖掘抗战史研究的新元素及其史料应用价值。

Inscription on tablet contains national culture. As a kind of thick folk document, it is an important carrier for China people to record events, and to express their emotions, and thus has fairly high referential value. Monuments of Anti-Japanese War have both traditional function and implications of their own ages. Based on the analysis on the background and content of three Anti-Japanese War inscriptions in Shanglin County, this paper makes an exploration into connotations in the inscriptions during the Anti-Japanese War, hoping to pry into people＇s mental state, value orientation, and national concern in wartime. In addition, it tries to dig out some new elements for the study of the Anti-Japanese War history, and application value of the historical data from such inscriptions.
