摘要
研制了一种水性环氧沥青防水涂料,由两个组分组成,A组分为环氧树脂改性水性沥青涂料,B组分为固化剂。该涂料兼具环氧树脂和沥青涂料的双重优点,能提高桥梁的使用寿命。当改性乳液用量为30%、环氧树脂用量为10%时,制得的产品拉拔强度优异,低温柔性和耐高温性能也满足标准要求。
A kind of water-base epoxy modified asphalt waterproofing coating was developed, which had two components. The A component was water-base epoxy modified asphalt coating and the B component was curing agent. The coating possessed double advantages of both epoxy resin and asphalt coating, and it could improve the service life of bridge. When the dosage of modified emulsion was 30% and the dosage of epoxy resin was 10%, the coating had good drawing strength, and its low temperature flexibility and high temperature resistance met the requirements of standards.
