摘要
分别采用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)、FRB和Al(OH)_3及上述三种阻燃剂的复配阻燃剂制得阻燃型聚硫氨酯密封胶,并研究了阻燃剂种类及用量对最终密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,单一阻燃剂不能赋予密封胶优良的阻燃性能;自制的复配阻燃剂YL-Ⅰ能够发挥协同阻燃作用,使得密封胶在力学性能下降不大的情况下,阻燃性能达到V-0级。
Fire-retardant polysulfide urethane sealant is prepared respectively by tributyl phosphate (TBP), FRB, A1 (OH)3 and their compound fire retardants. The article studies the influences of fire retardant type and dosage on the performance of final sealant. The results show a single fire retardant cannot endow the sealant with excellent fire resistant property, and the self-made compound fire retardant YL- I can help with the fire retardance synergistically without obvious degradation of the sealant's mechanical property. The fire retardant property can reach class V-0.
