中西医结合治疗无痛性心肌梗死的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Painless Myocardial Infarction

目的探究中西医结合治疗无痛性心肌梗死疾病(PLMI)的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年8月至2014年7月所收治的60例无痛性心肌梗死患者,按照入院先后顺序将其分为实验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用中药汤剂治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上实施西药综合疗法。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,记录实验组不同年龄段患者的心肌缺血改善情况、溶栓成功率、血管再通率以及病死率。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组年龄<70岁的患者其心肌缺血改善率、溶栓成功率、血管再通率均高于年龄≥70岁的患者,而死亡率低于年龄≥70岁的患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无痛性心肌梗死治疗中,采用中西医结合治疗效果显著,可提高治疗总有效率,临床症状也可以得到明显的改善,具有重要的临床实践价值。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of painless myocardial infarction （PLMI）. Methods 60 PLMI patients admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to July 2014 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the admission sequence, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given simple Chinese medicine decoction, the experimental group was given Western medicine on this basis. The clinical effect of two groups was compared, the improvement of myocardial ischemia, success rate ofthrombolysis, vessel repass rate and mortality of patients at different ages in experimental group were recorded. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%, higher than 70.00% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of myocardial ischemia, success rate of thrombolysis, vessel repass rate of patients whose ages 〈70 were higher than those of patients whose ages≥70, and the mortality was lower than that of patients whose ages ≥ 70, the difference was statistical （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Combination treatment of Chinese and Western medicine has significant effect on painless myocardial infarction, and can improve the total effective rate and clinical symptoms, which has important practical value.
