噻托溴铵粉剂吸入联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗COPD的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者采用噻托溴铵粉剂吸入联合布地奈德雾化吸入的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年6月至2015年6月前来我院就诊的60例COPD患者的临床资料,依据随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗和布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予噻托溴铵粉剂吸入治疗。记录两组患者的肺功能指标和血气分析结果。结果治疗后,两组的肺功能指标均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组的改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的PaO_2水平均显著升高,PaCO_2均显著降低,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用噻托溴铵粉剂吸入和布地奈德雾化吸入联合治疗COPD患者,能够有效提高患者的肺功能,改善肺的通气、换气功能,是临床理想的治疗方案。 Objective To study the clinical effect of tiotropium bromide powder inhalation combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Clinical data of 60 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy and budesonide aerosol inhalation, the observation group was given tiotropium bromide powder inhalation on the basis of control group. The pulmonary fimction and blood gas analysis results of two groups were recorded. Results After treatment, the pulmonary function indices of two groups improved significantly (P 〈0.05), and the improvement degree of observation group was better than that of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). After treatment, the PaO2 level of two groups increased significantly, the PaCO2 level of two groups decreased significantly, and the improvement degree of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tiotropium bromide powder inhalation combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients, improve the pulmonary ventilatory fimction and gas exchange function, which is an ideal treatment method in clinic.
