奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis on the Efficacy and Safety of Omeprazole in Treatment of Children with Peptic Ulcer

目的分析奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2012年4月至2014年4月我院收治的小儿消化性溃疡患儿230例为研究对象。将2012年4月至2013年4月期间采取传统三联法(铝碳酸镁+西咪替丁+阿莫西林克拉维酸钾)治疗的消化性溃疡患儿115例作为对照组,将2013年5月至2014年4月期间在常规治疗基础上采取奥美拉唑治疗的消化性溃疡患儿115例作为治疗组。比较两组的临床效果、疼痛缓解时间、Hp根除率以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患儿疼痛缓解时间比较差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗组的总有效率为98.26%,显著高于对照组的80.87%,治疗组的Hp根除率为90.43%,显著高于对照组的79.13%;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均无严重不良反应发生。结论小儿消化性溃疡采取奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果较传统三联疗法更具有优势,且安全性好,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of omeprazole in the treatment of children with peptic ulcer. Methods 230 cases of children with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as research subjects. 115 children received traditional triple therapy （hydrotalcite ＋ cimetidine ＋ amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium） from April 2012 to April 2013 were set as control group, and 115 children received omeprazole on the basis of traditional triple therapy from May 2013 to April 2014 were set as treatment group. The clinical effect, alleviation time of pain, Hp eradication rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The pain relief time of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 98.26%, significantly higher than 80.87% of control group; the lip eradication rate of treatment group was 90.43%, significantly higher than 79.13% of control group; all the difference was statistical （P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reactions were found in two groups. Conclusions Omeprazole has better clinical effect than traditional triple therapy in treatment of children with peptic ulcer, with good safety, which deserves promotion in clinic.
