PCT联合IL-6在ICU感染性疾病中的诊断价值探讨

Investigation on the Diagnostic Value of PCT Combined with IL-6 in ICU Infectious Diseases

目的探讨PCT联合IL-6在ICU感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法选取2014年6月至2014年12月入住我院ICU的感染患者78例,分为细菌感染组(43例)和病毒感染组(35例),30例未感染ICU患者作为对照组。比较三组的PCT和IL-6水平(采用电化学发光夹心法检测)和阳性率。结果细菌感染组患者IL-6和PCT水平分别为(280.7±115.4)ng/mL和(4.82±1.06)pg/mL,明显高于未感染组、病毒感染组,病毒感染组患者IL-6和PCT水平明显高于未感染组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌感染组PCT和IL-6水平有相关性,病毒感染组PCT和IL-6水平无相关性。细菌感染组PCT、IL-6阳性率分别为90.70%、60.47%,明显高于病毒感染组和未感染组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCT和IL-6均是感染性疾病诊断的可靠指标,有助于分辨感染类型,为治疗提供更可靠的指导,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of PCT combined with IL-6 in ICU infectious diseases. Methods 78 cases of infection patients admitted to ICU in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2014 were selected and divided into bacterial infection group （43 cases） and virus infection group （35 cases）, 30 cases oflCU patients without infection were selected as control group. The IL-6 and PCT levels （detected by ECLIA） and positive rate of three groups were compared. Results The IL-6 and PCT levels of bacterial infection group were （280.7 ± 115.4） ng/mL and （4.82 ± 1.06） pg/mL respectively, significantly higher than those of non-infection group and virus infection group; the IL-6 and PCT levels of virus infection group were significantly higher than those of non-infection group; all the difference was statistical （P 〈0.05）. The PCT level in bacterial infection group had correlation with IL-6 level, but the PCT level in virus infection group hadn＇t correlation with IL-6 level. The positive rates of PCT and IL-6 in bacterial infection group were 90.70% and 60.47% respectively, significantly higher than those in non-infection group and virus infection group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Both PCT and IL-6 are reliable indicators for the diagnosis of infectious diseases. It is helpful for identifying the infection type and providing more reliable guidance for the treatment, which has high diagnostic value.
