达英-35联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果

Effect of Diane-35 Combined with Clomiphene in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨达英-35联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月至2014年9月在我院治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者120例为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组90例和对照组30例。对照组采用达英-35治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用克罗米芬治疗。比较两组治疗后血清激素水平、子宫内膜厚度以及排卵率和妊娠率。结果治疗后观察组血清E2、T、LH、LH/FSH水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组子宫内膜厚度以及子宫内膜厚度≥7mm的比例均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组总排卵率和总妊娠率分别为86.7%、76.7%,均显著高于对照组的70.0%和56.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征,可提高总排卵率、总妊娠率和子宫内膜厚度。

Objective To study the effect of diane-35 combined with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 120 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （90 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The control group was treated with diane-35, the observation group was given clomiphene on the basis of control group. The serum hormone level, endometrial thickness, ratio of ovulation and pregnancy were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the serum hormone levels of E2, T, LH, LH/FSH of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.01）. The endometrial thickness and ratio of patients whose endometrial thickness/〉 7 mm in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. The total ratio of ovulation and pregnancy of observation group were 86.7%, 76.7% respectively, significantly higher than 70.0% and 56.7% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Diane-35 combined with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can improve the total ratio of ovulation and pregnancy, and improve the endometrial thickness.
