摘要 目的探讨自我管理教育对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年6月至2014年12月因CHF反复发作而入住我院的患者50例为研究对象,对患者实施自我管理教育,测量患者的心率(HR)、血压(BP)、血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)等心功能指标,同时应用明尼苏达心功能不全生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评估患者的生活质量。比较实施自我管理教育前、实施后6个月的心功能及生活质量情况。结果实施自我管理教育后6个月患者的心率、血压、BNP、LVEF等心功能指标以及生活质量较实施前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自我管理教育可有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能水平,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To discuss the effect of self-management education on the cardiac fimction and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 50 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to December 2014 because of repeated CHF attacks were selected as research subjects. All patients were implemented self-management education, and the cardiac indices, including heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), plasma b-type brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), of patients were detected, the quality of life was evaluated by Minnesota cardiac dysfunction life quality scale (MLHFQ). The cardiac indices and quality of life before and after 6 months of the self-management education were compared. Results The cardiac indices (HR, BP, BNP, LVEF, etc.) and quality of life after 6 months of the self-management education improved significantly, with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Self-management education can effectively improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure, which is worthy of promotion and application.
