产后访视在孕产妇中的应用价值分析及其影响评价

The Application Value of Postpartum Visit for Maternal Women and Its Impact Assessment

目的探讨产后访视在孕产妇中的应用价值,并对其影响进行评价。方法选取我院2012年9月至2014年9月期间收治的200例产妇及新生儿进行上门访视,按照是否接受产后访视,分为研究组120例(接受产后访视)和对照组80例(不接受产后访视)。对两组患者访视前后保健知识评分、产妇及婴儿患病情况进行比较。结果访视后两组保健知识评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且访视后研究组保健知识评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇、婴儿患病率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇、新生儿行产后访视,能显著提高产妇产后保健知识,降低产妇及新生儿患病率。

Objective To study the application value of postpartum visit for maternal women and to evaluate its effect. Methods 200 cases of maternal women and newborns in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected and given postpartum visit. According to whether accepting the postpartum visit, all subjects were divided into study group （120 cases received postpartum visit） and control group （80 cases didn＇t receive postpartum visit）. The health care knowledge score before and after postpartum visit, prevalence of maternal women and newborns were compared between two groups. Results After postpartum visit, the health care knowledge score of two groups increased significantly （P 〈0.05）, and the health care knowledge score of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The prevalence rates of maternal women and newborns of study group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Postpartum visit for maternal women and newborns can significantly improve the postp~ health care knowledge, reduce the prevalence rate of maternal women and infants.
