摘要
首先回顾了工业工程及其在中国的应用发展历程,以YQ典型案例阐述了工业工程在中国企业的应用及效果。其次,系统分析了转型期中国制造业面临工业工程基础累积不够、企业实践中存在重技术而轻管理的现象、企业缺乏系统创新能力等问题。进一步提出新形势下工业工程面临的主要问题:(1)工业工程理念方法的应用与推广;(2)工业工程本土化理论与方法;(3)互联网、大数据、快速发展需求视角下的工业工程发展新思维、新方法;(4)工业工程集成创新理论与方法。最后提出面向中国制造业的工业工程发展新思路。
The development and application of Industrial Engineering in China are reviewed,combined with a typical case of YQ which represents the application and effect of Industrial Engineering in Chinese enterprises.Then this paper systematically analyzed the critical problems that China's manufacturing industry faced with during the transition:the inadequate accumulation of industrial engineering;the phenomenon of emphasizing on technology while neglecting management in the enterprise practice;and the lack of systematic innovation ability.Furthermore,four major challenges of industrial engineering under the new situation are put forward:(1)the application and popularization of the concept of industrial engineering;(2)the localization of the theory and method of industry engineering;(3)the new thinking and new method of the development of industrial engineering under the perspective of Internet,big data and rapid development demands;(4)and the integrated innovation theory and method of industrial engineering.A new thinking of the development of manufacturing industry in China is presented in the end.
