湖南某碳酸钙型萤石矿浮选试验研究

Experimental study of flotation of carbonate-fluorite ore in Hunan

为了高效回收湖南某选钨尾矿中的萤石,研究了捕收剂、抑制剂、辅助捕收剂用量对浮选指标的影响。结果表明,以TO为捕收剂、酸化水玻璃为抑制剂、CA为辅助捕收剂,用1粗6精1扫中矿顺序返回的闭路流程处理该矿石,最终获得了含CaF293.29%、回收率为48.6%的萤石精矿。

Impacts of collector, inhibitor and ore properties on the flotation index were studied to efficiently recover carbonate fluorite from the tailings in the tungsten ore flotation. The re- suits indicate that the final fluorite concentrate containing 93.29%CaF2 with its recovery rate being 48. 6% was producedby the closed-circuit process of one roughing, six cleanings, one scavenging and middling sequential return using TO as collector.
