规范电视机大型注射模模架的目的是以"模架回收再利用"为宗旨,倡导"模具环保理念"。主要以集研CRT、LCD、LED模具之共性以及对未来电视机产品结构发展趋势之预测为依据,将电视机注射模具的模架整合成一体,进行标准规范制作,实现新开发模具的模架与以后需开发模具的模架相互通用,让退市的产品模具的模芯退市,而模具的模架并不退市。

For the purpose of ＂die recycling＂ and ＂mold environmental protection＂, it is necessary to specify TV large injection mold Die-set. This article was focused on making the standard specification for twisting different types of TV injection mold Die-set into integration based on the common properties of current CRT,LCD,LED mold as well as the structure prediction of the future TV product. The specification prolongs the service life cycles of the original designed mold die-set with compatible structure when the core of mold would have been out of date rather than the die-set.
