基于职业能力取向的高职旅游专业实践教学探索

Research on the Practical Teaching Reform of Tourism Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Professional Ability

实践教学是高职院校教学中的一个重要环节,而高职旅游专业是一个实践性非常强的专业,对于旅游专业实践教学的改革一直以来都是旅游教育者关注的热点。文章从实践教学的目标定位、实践教学体系创新、实践师资队伍建设、产学研合作等方面存在的问题出发,提出高职旅游专业实践教学改革的必要性;从学生的职业能力取向角度出发,试图找到适合高职旅游专业发展的实践教学模式。提出明晰旅游专业实践教学目标、构建科学的实践教学体系、优化师资队伍结构、产教高度融合等策略,切实提高高职旅游专业实践教学的实效性。

Practical teaching is an important link in the teaching of higher vocational colleges. Tourism major is a very practical profession and the reform of the practice teaching for tourism has always been a hot topic in the tourism education. This paper puts forward the necessity of practical teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, and tries to find out the practical teaching mode for higher vocational tourism development. From the perspective of students＇ professional ability, the paper puts forward the following measures： to clarify the practical teaching objectives, to construct a scientific practical teaching system, to optimize the structure of teaching staff,and to produce a high degree of integration of teaching and production etc.
