富亮氨酸胶质瘤失活1基因抗体阳性边缘叶脑炎1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者,男,73岁。主因发作性面部及左侧肢体不自主抽动8个月,一过性全身抽搐伴意识不清3 h于2015年7月17日人院。患者8个月前先出现左侧上肢不自主抽动,随后出现面部抽动,每次发作3-5 s,不伴意识障碍,每天数十次,睡眠中仍有发作,曾就诊于多个医院考虑为＂肌阵挛＂,给予卡马西平0.1g,3次/d,治疗2个月无效,出现频发的发作性全身抽动,面部及左上肢明显,同时患者自觉记忆力减退,左上肢疼痛。入院前3 h突然出现全身抽搐伴意识不清,双眼上吊,双上肢屈曲,
