人们对一座城市总体印象的形成,不仅取决于该城市当前的发展状况、城市景象,还在于该城市的文化脉络和反映历史变迁的历史遗迹。历史文化街区历经时代磨砺,已不再适应现代生活的需要,必须对其进行修复或改建。那么,如何在保留历史文化及肌理的基础上添加现代城市适用功能,协调文化遗存与社会发展之间的关系,使历史街区焕发生机,成为一个时代亟待解决的问题。

The overall impression of a city is formed not only depending on the development of the contemporary city and the city scenes,but also depending on the cultural context and historic sites of the city. After honing,historical and cultural blocks are no longer meeting the needs of modern life,it must be repaired or rebuilt. So,it is become a serious problem of how to add suitable Functions based on preserving the historical and cultural fabrics of the modern city,coordinate the relationship between cultural heritages and social developments and make historic districts be revitalized.
