摘要
研究不同营养和条件因子对泰山赤灵芝菌丝生长速度和生长势的影响。结果表明,泰山赤灵芝菌丝生长的适宜温度为25-30℃,适宜p H值为6-7,适宜碳源为蔗糖、葡萄糖和淀粉,适宜氮源为酵母膏、牛肉膏,适宜碳氮源浓度组合为蔗糖2%、葡萄糖0.5%、酵母膏0.1%、牛肉膏0.3%。
The influences of different nutrients and conditions on the mycelium growth rate and growth vigor of Taishan Ganoderma lucidum were studied. The results showed that the suitable temperature of mycelium growth was 25 -30℃; the appropriate p H value was 6 -7; the suitable carbon sources were sucrose,glucose and starch; the suitable nitrogen sources were yeast extract and beef extract; the suitable carbon and nitrogen source concentration combinations were 2% sucrose,0. 5% glucose,0. 1% yeast extract and 0. 3%beef extract.
