Discussion on Synthesis of the Ester Flotation Reagents

酯类选矿药剂是有色金属硫化矿的优良捕收剂,主要有硫氨酯与黄原酸酯两大系列。本文分别介绍了以黄药与硫氰酸盐为基础原料的各种酯类药剂合成方法,阐述了各种合成方法的特点,并指出酯类选矿药剂更理想的合成方法还有待研究探索。

The ester flotation reagents is an excellent collector of the nonferrous metal sulfide ores and include the main two series of thionocarbamate and Xanthate ester. In this paper,all kinds of synthesis methods of thionocarbamate and xanthate ester are introduced,the methods all use xanthate and thiocyanate. The characteristics of the synthesis methods is described clearly and it is also pointed out that the better synthesis of ester flotation reagents is still to be studing.
