华星石化常减压装置装置自开工以来加工进口高硫高酸原油,平均脱后原油含盐合格率仅20%左右,且脱后原油含盐经常出现大幅度超标情况,通过对电脱界位调整、破乳剂筛选、电脱温度调整、注水量的调整、混合强度调整,平均脱后原油含盐量达到了2.79mg/L,确保了装置的正常运行。
