广东省民营医院与公立医院竞争力比较

Study on the competitiveness between private hospitals and public hospitals in Guangdong Province

[目的]为更好落实鼓励社会办医政策,对广东省民营医院与公立医院的竞争力进行比较分析。[方法]利用2012年广东省卫生统计数据,从医疗机构总量、床位数、人力资源、万元以上设备和医疗服务开展情况等方面进行分析。[结果]与公立医院相比,民营医院机构数量少,规模不大、床位少,人力资源和万元以上设备匮乏,服务提供量少。[结论]必须明确民营医院定位,加强人才队伍的建设,为民营医院的发展创造公平的政策环境。

Objectives To carry out a series of policies about encouraging social forces to run medical institutions successfully, analyzes the competitiveness between private hospitals and public hospitals. Methods Analyzes medical institutions amounts, bed number, human resources, equipments cost over 10000 yuan RMB and medical service situation, based on 2012 health statistics. Results The number of private hospitals is fewer, the scale is not big enough, lack of human resources and equipment cost over 10000 yuan RMB and supply a little service which compares with public hospitals. Conclusions It must be cleared-cut the location of private hospitals. Strengthen personnel team construction, so as to create fair policy environment for private hospitals development.
