广东省卫生总费用影响因素主成分回归分析

Regression analysis on influence factors of health total expenditure

[目的]收集统计广东省卫生总费用相关指标,研究广东省卫生总费用的现状及其影响因素。[方法]运用主成分回归分析对广东省2000-2013年的卫生总费用以及人口、经济、社会、卫生等众多影响因素指标进行分析。[结果]根据主成分得分排序得出影响因素影响程度从大到小分别为人均GDP、国内生产总值(GDP)、卫生技术人员数、医院入院人数、年死亡人口数、医疗保险参保人数、非农业人口比例、个人卫生费用支出比例。[结论]广东省的经济发展是影响全省卫生总费用差异性最大的因素,其次是卫生因素,而人口因素相对影响程度较弱,但人口因素中年死亡人口对卫生总费用的影响有统计学意义。

Objective To collect the related indicators of total health expenditure in Guangdong province, studies the status and influencing factors of total health expenditure. Methods To collect and analyze total health expenditure from 2000 to 2013 and other influence factors such as population, economic, social and health by principal components regression analysis. Results According to principal components score sort of influence factors affect degree flom big to small, there arc per capita GDP, gross domestic product （GDP）, the number of health technical personnel, the number of hospitalization, the number of annual deaths, the number of medical insurance, proportion of non-agricultural population and personal health expenditure cost. Conclusions The economic development of Guangdong province is the most significant influence factor to total health expenditure otherness, and the second is health factor, and weaker influence is population, but there is statistical significance in middle-aged deaths.
