院校合作培养学生医务社工的实践

The practice of cooperative train medical social work students in hospitals and colleges

分析了我国当前医务社工培养的现状及需求,以苏北医院与扬州大学合作培养学生医务社工的实践为例,以期探索医务社工培养的新模式。并对实践工作中碰到的问题进行总结,提出了加强学生医务社工培养工作的相关建议。

This paper analyzes the present situation and demands of medical social workers training in our country. Takes the practice of cooperative Wain medical social work students in northern people＇s hospital and Yangzhou University as an example so as to explore new mode of medical social workers training. It also summarizes some problems in the practice, and gives some suggestions that strengthen medical social work training.
