摘要
某绿色建筑工程全生命期应用了BIM技术,装饰工程是其重要一环。通过组织该装饰工程的BIM技术应用实践,以及过程中查阅国内外文献,访谈业内人士,总结了装饰工程应用BIM技术的特点、当前的最优工作流、核心建模软件对比、软件的功能需求、未来应用点以及一些经验和教训,供使用BIM技术的装饰企业借鉴和参考。
A green building project in Beijing adopted BIM technology all life-circle, and it＇s decoration engineering is an important link. Based on this BIM-technology-using experience in organizing its decoration, the concerning domestic and overseas published literature, and interviews with practitioners, this paper makes a summary to following： the features of BIM technology＇s application in decoration engineering, the current best working process, the comparision of key modeling softwares, the funtions required in the softwares, and the future application and some lessons drawn in the past experiences. Hopefully this paper could sever as a reference to the decoration enterprises when using BIM technology.
