摘要
结合目前施工管理中监理行业现状,通过剖析业主在监理管理这方面的管理误区,即干预过多、忽略纵容,生搬硬套和推脱责任,通过深入分析监理的责任心下降的原因,从而总结出业主管理中提高监理的责任心的几个管理原则。
Based on status quo of supervision industry in current construction management, this paper introduced owner＇s misunderstandings about management of supervisor, including excessive intervene, ignorance of connivance, bookishness and irresponsibility, etc., analyzed the reasons for the decline of supervisor＇s responsibility, and summarized some management principles for owners to increase supervisor＇s responsibility.
