In an air-conditioning system installation project for a commercial building, key construction processes were designed to clarify special construction sequence, prepare guide book and determine the construction method and control measures for special construction process. Key installation quality points were set, quality control measures were strictly implemented in all construction stages and prevention measures against common quality defects were prepared, to provide suggests and references for relevant workers.
