基于知识、资源和制度三大要素建立了神华纵向管控能力的分析框架,并结合神华集团的纵向一体化运营实际对其纵向管理能力进行了分析。
The paper establishes a framework for the analysis of Shenhua＇s vertical control capability based on the three elements of knowledge, resources and institution, and analyzes the vertical capability according to the vertical integration operation of Shenhua Group.
