基于专家未知权重群决策FANP和SVM的煤炭企业管理信息化项目建设风险评估

Risk assessment of coal enterprise management IT project construction based on experts' unknown weight group decision FANP and SVM

针对目前我国煤炭企业管理信息化项目建设风险因素多、风险因素之间存在复杂影响关系、历史可供借鉴项目案例少的实际情况,提出了一种基于专家未知权重群决策模糊网络分析法(FANP)和支持向量机(SVM)的煤炭企业管理信息化项目建设风险组合评估模型。该模型能够有效将专家经验变成系统内在知识,提升风险评估效率和质量,从而取得更好的评估效果,更加切合当前我国煤炭企业管理信息化项目建设现状。

In view of actual situation that China coal enterprises have many risk factors with complex influence relationship in management IT project construction at present and can learn from few project cases, the paper puts forward risk portfolio assessment model of coal enterprise management IT project construction based on experts＇ unknown weight group decision FANP and SVM. Combination model proposed in this paper can effectively change expert experience into in- ternal system knowledge, promote risk assessment efficiency and quality, achieve better assess- ment effect, and be more suited to the status quo of China coal enterprise management IT project construction.
