摘要
介绍了金源矿业公司空压机采用高压变频器的改造方案;针对空压机恒转矩负载特性,提出了改进U/F控制方法;同时根据系统大时滞的工矿特点,给出了分段PI控制策略。现场应用数据表明,该方法不仅成功解决了空压机系统的变频应用问题,而且大大节省了能源消耗,具有相当的经济效益。
The paper introduces the renovation scheme of using high pressure frequency-controlling device in air compressor in Jinyuan mining company. Based on the loading characteristics of constant torque of air compressors,the paper proposes to renovate U / F control method. And according to the time-lag,a staged PI control strategy is put forward. Practice proves the method successful in solving the application problems of frequency control in air compressor system and cutting energy consumption. The renovation creates considerable economic profits.
