无极山铁锌矿锌浮选工艺技术改造

摘要 为提高浮选锌精矿品位及回收率,根据无极山铁矿矿石中锌矿物结构复杂,氧化程度较高,且以铁闪锌矿为主的特点,腾冲瑞土分公司对其锌浮选工艺流程进行了技术改造。原浮选工艺流程存在矿泥粒度细、磨矿浓度低、目的矿物与矿泥混选、锌精矿品位低等问题,对此先后两次进行了技术改造,通过增加脱泥作业,精矿品位和回收率均得到一定提高,并实现了经济效益。同时,通过统计分析,找出了影响锌精矿品位的主要因素为浮选矿泥和铁的含量;影响锌回收率的主要因素为氧化锌不能得到有效回收。运用检验理论,进一步验证了脱泥工艺的科学性和实用性,为今后的工作指明了方向。 In order to increase the grade of zinc flotation concentrate and its recovery rate,Yueda company carried out technical renovation toward its zinc flotation flowsheet according to the complex structure of zinc minerals,high degree of oxidation and marmatite being the main form of zinc mineral. The renovation targeted the problems of fine ore mud,low grinding concentration,indiscriminate flotation of target minerals and ore mud,and low grade of zinc concentrates in the previous flotation flowsheet and it was carried out twice. The insertion of desliming operation increased the grade of concentrates and recovery rate by a certain degree,improving economic profits. At the same time,by statistical analysis,the paper found that the content of flotation ore mud and iron were the main factors to influence zinc concentrate grade and that inefficient recovery of zinc oxide was the main factor to influence zinc recovery rate. The reasonability and applicability of the desliming process were verified by testing theory. Therefore,the right direction of further work is pointed.
