重离子辐照截短侧耳素产生菌的诱变选育 被引量:1

摘要 利用重离子辐照对截短侧耳素产生菌进行诱变,筛选高产菌株,采用^(12)C^(6+)重离子束,剂量分别为20 Gy、30 Gy、40 Gy、50 Gy。结果显示重离子辐照的最适剂量为40 Gy。筛选出一株截短侧耳素高产菌株K40-3,摇瓶效价达到16 120μg/mL,较出发菌株提高25.3%。 The pleuromutilin producing bacteria were induced by heavy ion irradiation to screen high-yield strains.^12C^6+ heavy ion beam was used for twice irradiations at the dosage of 20 Gy,30 Gy,40 Gy and 50 Gy,respectively.The results showed that the optimal dosage was 40 Gy.A strain of pleuromutilin producing strain of K40-3 was selected out with a titer in shake flask of 16 120 μg/mL,which was 25.3%higher than that of parent strain.
