两种多糖对奶牛乳房炎常见病原菌体外抑菌效果研究

摘要 研究低聚糖硫酸酯和右旋糖酐硫酸酯两种多糖对奶牛乳房炎常见病原菌的体外抑菌效果。采用杯碟法对两种多糖及青霉素对于乳房炎常见的8种病原茵进行了体外抑菌活性研究。试验结果表明,1%的低聚糖硫酸酯及2.5%和5%的右旋糖酐硫酸酯对金黄色葡萄球菌表现为高度敏感;2.5%的低聚糖硫酸酯对金黄色葡萄球菌表现为中度敏感;5%和2.5%的两种多糖对无乳链球菌均表现为中度敏感;但两种多糖对其余6种病原菌均无抑菌作用。5%的青霉素对8种病原菌均表现为高度敏感。 In order to study the antibacterial effect of Oligosaccharide Sulfate and Dextani Sulfas,two kinds of polysaccharides,against common pathogens causing dairy cow mastitis,the in vitro antimicrobial activity of the two polysaccharides and penicillin against 8 kinds of pathogens was determined using cylinder plate method.The results showed that 1%of Oligosaccharide Sulfate,2.5%and 5%of Dextani Sulfas exhibited high susceptibility against Staphylococcus aureus,and 2.5%of Oligosaccharide Sulfate was mild sensitive against Staphylococcus aureus.2.5%and 5%of the two polysaccharides showed moderate sensitive against Streptococcus agalactiae,but they had no inhibitory effect on the rest pathogens.5%of penicillin displayed significant inhibitory action against all pathogens.The antimicrobial activity of the two polysaccharides was detected by this test,which laid a foundation for further clinical application of them.
