Monitoring of antiviral drug residues in animal-derived food

为进一步监测动物源食品中抗病毒药物的残留,更好的研究化学药物的残留检测方法,本文对已报道的抗病毒药物全刚烷胺、利巴韦林的药理作用、临床应用、检测方法及监测结果进行归纳总结,提出自己的观点,以期提高大家对抗病毒药物检测方法的重视,建立灵敏的快速检测方法。

In order to detect antiviral drugs residues in animal products,and provide better methods for the detection on chemical drugs.In the paper,pharmacological effects,clinical applications,detection and monitoring results about Amantadine and Ribavirin were summarized,new views were put forward.So as to attach researcher more attention to detection methods of antiviral drugs and establish sensitive detection methods.
